The staff was helpful. They provided ironing equipment upon request. the location was very convenient. Tesco express was just around the corner, open early.

The floors seemed not vacuumed, and i noticed hairs on the bathroom floor. there was also no soap in the shower dispenser. I found this quite inconvenient

the location was great near a pub and a supermarket. the room was clean and warm which was very nice after a long journey. i found the secure entry at night reassuring which is important for solo travelers.

i did notice that the windows opened only a small amount limiting fresh airflow.

the hotel provided secure entry, which gave me peace of mind. the location next to both a wetherspoons and a tesco express added a lot of convenience. the receptionist was cute which was helpful upon arrival.

The room lacked a hair dryer. This was an inconvenience. pillows provided were excessively firm, impacting sleep quality. the bottle in the shower lacked shower gel. I expect these to be checked and full. i found these details unacceptable.
